Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026. This notice covers additive-talks.com, its contact form and the presentation of Additive Talks sessions. Registration and video platforms have their own privacy information.

Who we are

Additive Talks sessions are organised by 3D ADEPT MEDIA. The website is published by KEYMAR Solutions SRL, VAT BE0681.599.796, Rue Borrens 51, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. KEYMAR Solutions SRL is responsible for the personal information processed for this website. Contact: contact@additive-talks.com.

Contacting the team

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you provide. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss a proposed session or partnership, and manage the resulting professional relationship. Depending on the enquiry, this is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract or for our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Sending the contact form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.

Session registration and replays

Registration links take you to the platform named on the session page, currently BigMarker for our next live session. That platform provides the registration form and its privacy information. The organising team uses the information supplied for session registration and delivery. Please review the fields and notices on the registration page before submitting. Any optional marketing choice is separate from a contact enquiry.

Replay links open the relevant video platform. The new session pages do not embed a third-party video player before you choose to watch. The provider’s own privacy and cookie rules apply when you visit it.

Speakers and professional profiles

We publish professional names, portraits, biographies and session participation to document our programme and its archive. Historical roles are identified as roles held at the time of the appearance. Please contact the team if a profile needs a correction or if you have a request concerning your image or personal information.

Cookies and technical information

The site uses WordPress and is hosted by OVHcloud. Technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information may be processed to deliver the site, maintain security and investigate errors. CookieYes manages the cookie choices presented on the site. Use the cookie preferences control to review the available categories and change your choices. Necessary functions and optional purposes are described in that interface.

Links to registration, replay and other external services are clearly identified. Their providers may process technical information when you open their pages. Their notices explain their practices, including any international transfers and safeguards.

Access and retention

Information is available to authorised team members and service providers as needed for hosting, email, security or the session service. We keep correspondence for the time needed to deal with the enquiry and the professional relationship, and for any applicable legal obligations or claims. Session pages and professional profiles form an editorial archive. Their retention is assessed in that context and in response to individual requests. Backup copies may remain for their recovery and security retention period.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions set by data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out. Write to contact@additive-talks.com and describe your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also contact your data protection supervisory authority, including the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
